This Birth Doula Package offers continuous, holistic support before, during, and after birth — grounded in both faith and evidence-based care. As your doula, I walk alongside you as a support, a guide, and an advocate, ensuring you feel informed, honored, and spiritually supported every step of the way. Whether you're planning a hospital, home, or birth center delivery, this package provides emotional, physical, and spiritual care tailored to the unique needs of Muslim mothers. What’s Included: Prenatal Support~ Three (3) prenatal visits to explore your birth preferences, comfort techniques, and physical and emotional preparation. Review and creation of a personalized birth plan Partner preparation session to help your birth companion(s) feel confident and involved Unlimited phone and text support beginning at 36 weeks Labor & Birth Support~ On-call availability starting at 36 weeks through birth Continuous in-person support during active labor and delivery at home, hospital, or birth center Hands-on comfort techniques including breathwork, rebozo use, massage, positioning, and birth ball support Emotional encouragement and spiritual reminders to keep you grounded and connected throughout labor Advocacy support to help ensure your voice is heard and your preferences respected Immediate Postpartum Support~ Support during the first 1–2 hours after birth Assistance with initial breastfeeding, bonding, and recovery Gentle presence to help you feel settled before transitioning to rest Postpartum Follow-Up~ One postpartum home visit within 7–10 days of birth Debriefing and emotional processing of your birth experience Basic newborn care support and faith-based postpartum reminders & care Referrals to trusted resources for continued care if needed **Service Area-Central Texas only** This Package is Ideal For Experienced or first-time mothers seeking comprehensive and spiritually grounded support Anyone who needs additional birth support Costs:$900 (including $250 retainer/deposit) ~ payment plans accepted *** Consultation is required PRIOR to booking this package to ensure availability for your due date and ensure a good client-doula fit.
