This service is exclusively available to confirmed and paid Ummpowered birth clients. Typical meeting schedule: Meeting 1: Birth planning (virtual) Meeting 2: Standard L&D procedures & labor preparation Meeting 3: Postpartum/newborn procedures and birth preparation **Meetings 2 & 3 can be divided into virtual & in person with the virtual portions being information/education and the in-person includes exercises & activities for labor and birth prep.
